Ham, eggs and cheese buns
Ingredients
- 4 bread rolls,
- 4 slices of ham,
- 4 eggs,
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese,
- 1/2 onion chopped small,
- 1/2 capsicum diced ,
- 1shallot diced
Instructions
- Cut the top off the bun, scoop out some of the bread,
- Lay the ham into the bun, add onion,shallots and capsicum,
- Gently add egg cover with cheese and than the top of the bun back on.
- I covered mine with a tea towel
- Cook on high for 1.5 - 2hrs

What a brilliant idea 🙂
Just put them on for lunch today – only took 1 hour in my Breville 7ltr, and next time I will check them at 00:45 and see if I can get a runnier egg.
But they were great, easy and definitely going to have these again..

Grandchildren love this recipe. I cook it a lot especially for breakfasts when they have had a sleepover.
