Ham, eggs and cheese buns

4 bread rolls,

4 slices of ham,

4 eggs,

1/2 cup shredded cheese,

1/2 onion chopped small,

1/2 capsicum diced ,

1shallot diced


1Cut the top off the bun, scoop out some of the bread,

2Lay the ham into the bun, add onion,shallots and capsicum,

3Gently add egg cover with cheese and than the top of the bun back on.

4I covered mine with a tea towel

5Cook on high for 1.5 - 2hrs

Grandchildren love this recipe. I cook it a lot especially for breakfasts when they have had a sleepover.

What a brilliant idea 🙂
Just put them on for lunch today – only took 1 hour in my Breville 7ltr, and next time I will check them at 00:45 and see if I can get a runnier egg.
But they were great, easy and definitely going to have these again..
