Green curry lamb shanks

  • Green curry paste
  • coconut milk
  • 1 tbls fish sauce
  • 1 teas ginger
  • sugar, salt to taste
  • 6 corn cobbettes
  • 3 large zucchinis chopped
  • 6 med chat potatoes skin on chopped
  • 3 large carrots chopped
  • 1 large mushroom chopped


  • Cook shanks on high without vegies for 2 hours then add vegies and cook on high for 2 more hours then on low for 2 hours.
  • The shanks I used were large so cooking time may vary.
  • I served it with foccacia bread. Yummy.
