Green curry lamb shanks
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- Green curry paste
- coconut milk
- 1 tbls fish sauce
- 1 teas ginger
- sugar, salt to taste
- 6 corn cobbettes
- 3 large zucchinis chopped
- 6 med chat potatoes skin on chopped
- 3 large carrots chopped
- 1 large mushroom chopped
Instructions
- Cook shanks on high without vegies for 2 hours then add vegies and cook on high for 2 more hours then on low for 2 hours.
- The shanks I used were large so cooking time may vary.
- I served it with foccacia bread. Yummy.
