Son chose this over roast lamb. I used Maggi gravy and thickened at the end of cooking. Absolutely delicious and pulled apart very easily

Absolutely delicious 🙂 the chicken was very tender and the gravy sauce was delicious, the chicken came apart so easily.I used maggi rich gravy and thickened a little at the end and served with mash potato. Will be making this one again.

My second time making this. Definitely a favourite and so easy. I doubled the recipe this time coz I’m cooking for more people.
