70g Lactose free Margarine
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
1 cup Zymil Milk
1.5 tbsp Cocoa
1 cup Gluten free S/R flour
1/2 tsp Bicarb Soda
1Sift flour and cocoa.
2Add rest of ingredients and mix slowly until combined and then beat on a high speed.
3Cooked in 1.5l slow cooker (Woolies one) on low, with tea towel under the lid for about 2.5 hrs.
