Garlic pork tenderloin
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin roast or any cut you might like
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 3 cloves garlic sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Add onion and garlic into the cooker and seared pork
- Add salt and pepper on top and pour the chicken broth over
- Set to low and cook for 7-8 hours on low.
- serve with mashed potatoes and gravy
