Garlic pork tenderloin

  • 1 pork tenderloin roast or any cut you might like
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth


  • Add onion and garlic into the cooker and seared pork
  • Add salt and pepper on top and pour the chicken broth over
  • Set to low and cook for 7-8 hours on low.
  • serve with mashed potatoes and gravy
