Garlic butter Spuds
Ingredients
- How ever many potatoes you would like to cook
- Pre-purchased garlic butter or make your own
- Fresh parsley
- black pepper and salt
Instructions
- Slice potato but not cutting all the way through to bottom
- Place garlic butter on top as much or as little as you like
- Pull part some fresh parsley and add on top.
- Grind pepper and salt on top
- Loosely wrap in foil making sure you have no gaps
- Place in slow cooker
- Cook on LOW 8-10 hours

Quite bland. Would have been better with maybe more garlic and additional herbs. Disappointing. Great idea, just needs more flavour.
I cook these potatoes when doing pulled pork…really nice. Have also used Chicken
