Garlic butter Spuds

  • How ever many potatoes you would like to cook
  • Pre-purchased garlic butter or make your own
  • Fresh parsley
  • black pepper and salt


  • Slice potato but not cutting all the way through to bottom
  • Place garlic butter on top as much or as little as you like
  • Pull part some fresh parsley and add on top.
  • Grind pepper and salt on top
  • Loosely wrap in foil making sure you have no gaps
  • Place in slow cooker
  • Cook on LOW 8-10 hours

  1. Quite bland. Would have been better with maybe more garlic and additional herbs. Disappointing. Great idea, just needs more flavour.
