Fruit Juice Cake - 2 Ingredients

Total Time 1 hour 5 minutes


  • 340 gram pkt cake mix
  • 160ml (2/3 cup) fruit juice of choice


  • Combine ingredients well in mixing bowl
  • Pour into lightly greased silicone loaf tin
  • Place silicone tin into slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 1.5 - 2hrs
  • (Cake pictured is vanilla home brand cake mix & Golden Circle Tropical 25% Fruit Juice)
  • Enjoy!

  1. Hi there im new to slow cooking just wondering would I need to add water to this bottom of my slow cooker for tho recipe thanks you

    1. Hi Rose 🙂

      If it’s a ceramic bowl slow cooker then yes I always advise that you add up to an inch of water in the bowl for cooking rather than dry.
      I don’t do so for my metallic bowl types but you still could by all means if you feel more comfortable doing so 🙂
