Fruit and Nut Bread
- 3 cups flour
- Unsalted trail mix
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- Half cup sugar
- Add almond milk to mix till you get nice consistency. . About 1 and a half cups
- Mix all together and put in slowcooker sprinkling some extra sugar and cinnamon on top.
- Cook on high for an hour and a half with a teatowel under the lid.
