‘Frozen’ fudge

  • Cook: 1 hr


800g white chocolate

1 tbs butter

1tbs vanilla essence

1 can of condensed milk

blue food dye (as much or a little as you like, depending what type of blue you want)


1Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir every 15 mins for about an hour.

2Then poor fudge into a lined dish and put in fridge to set.

Just made this tonight for my family they love it is a little bit sweet but it doesn’t matter and it taste good , but I forgot to put the vanilla essence in it can’t tell the difference
