‘Frozen’ fudge

Total Time 1 hour 5 minutes


  • 800g white chocolate
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 1tbs vanilla essence
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • blue food dye (as much or a little as you like, depending what type of blue you want)


  • Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir every 15 mins for about an hour.
  • Then poor fudge into a lined dish and put in fridge to set.

    Just made this tonight for my family they love it is a little bit sweet but it doesn’t matter and it taste good , but I forgot to put the vanilla essence in it can’t tell the difference
