I cooked this yesterday and it was really delicious. The flavours in the gravy were amazing. I served this with roast potatoes and some salad. I’ll definitely be making this again.

Ease of preparation and slow cooking this was a splendid way to cook Roast Leg Lamb. Never had thought it so thank you Pauline for all your wonderful ideas.
Lamb was juicy and tender with very delicious gravy.
I should have used your mixed Vegetable recipe I had woolies mixed fresh vegetables baking them in the oven was very disappointed.

Used gravy beef steaks instead with potatoes, carrots & pumpkin underneath. The gravy was thick and delicious, making it an easy one pot dinner.

What an easy but really flavoursome meal!!!!
The mustard is not overpowering at all – even non-mustard fanciers would enjoy.
The lamb ends up beautifully tender and with a really yummy coating over the outside.
I thickened the juices with a little cornflour at the end instead of gravy mix – honestly it didn’t need any more flavouring. I also put some peeled potatoes in for the last hour and they came out tasting amazing!
    Totally recommend.
    I may have a new “obsession” 😉
