My only concern Derrick is that it would add more salt (already salt in the soup and stock)

Lovely meal, beautiful taste.

I did make a few changes. I didn’t fry the chops, just put them in, added onion instead of leeks. About an hour later I added in 4 tomatoes – that needed to be used up. Thickened it at the end with Maggi Rich Gravy Mix…will be making this one again…

Only slightly I’d still give it 5-6hrs

Would the time of the cook decrease for two people?

Easy to make….had all ingredients except celery and forgot to coat chops in flour.
However it was extremely tasty and I added some gravy powder to thicken which made it nice and rich.
Yum yum

I made this with 6 chump chops fat removed, and browned my meat and celery and 1/2 onion as I had no leeks,, had to add more water maybe 2&1/2 cups with 2 chicken stock cubes instead of one cup .I added one can of lentils. Cooking time was less ,it was so delicious and tender this one is a winner in my books. Its also was cooked before the storm came and the power was out ,so winner in my books.
