French Onion Chicken
Serving: 8
Ingredients
- 3 large chick breast diced
- 500grm cream cheese light
- 200grms diced bacon
- 1 pkt french onion soup mix
- 1 and half cups of milk
- 1 heaped tsp garlic
- 1 heaped tsp dijon
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Dice chicken and add to sc raw (breast tends to dry out so have added raw to keep moist)
- Add diced bacon
- Add cheese
- Add garlic and Dijon
- Sprinkle soup mix over top
- Pour in milk
- Add salt and pepper
- Mix thoroughly
- Cook for 3hrs high and 1 hr low
