1kg lamb chops with fat removed
1 packet French onion soup mix
1 425g can crushed tomatoes with herbs and garlic
6 carrots halved
*recipe can be doubled and parsnips can be added
1Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours I serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables :)
