  • 1 & 1/2 cup self raising flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • Sprinkle of mixed herbs
  • Teaspoon of garlic
  • Ham & cheese for topping (or anything you like really)


  • Mix & put in lined slow cooker (is quite sticky) put whatever you like on top,
  • tea towel under lid & cook on high for 1 & 1/2 hours

  1. Great recipe and so adaptable, add any ingredients and herbs you like. Love this and will make it regularly to go with homemade slow cooked soups ?

  2. This is the third time i have made the focaccia and i add 6 teaspoons of minced garlic and a lot of mixed herbs, salt and pepper and still very enjoyable
