Fizzy Cake (made with soft drink/fizzy) – Egg Free
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour,
- 2 cups sugar,
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder,
- 1Tbsp baking soda
- 2 cups fizzy (I used creaming soda)
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 Tbsp malt vinegar
Instructions
- This is enough for two cakes.
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix well.
- I used an 18 cm round tin. Raised off the bottom of the cooker with a small amount of liquid in the bottom.
- Cook on HIGH for approximately 1.5 hours.
