I only have ketchup manis. Could I use this and should I use the tea towel method?

The photo looks like chicken drummies???? Although if it’s thighs it looks like they were cut into bite sized pieces before cooking

I’ve just made this. I used the tea towel method. The picture looks like the chicken has a thick, sticky glaze of sauce coating it. My slow cooker is full of liquid! I used chicken thigh fillets. Have I done something wrong? Smells great though.

I served this with creamy mash and a fresh garden salad……. A-MAZE-ING
The chicken just falls apart and the sauce has an incredible flavour
EVEN my fussy toddler who doesn’t eat ANYTHING other than 2 minute noodles and baked beans and sausages ATE IT ALL
I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!
