So yum my whole family loved it ,I used sweet soy ( kakap manis) .Amazing!!
So yum ! My whole family loved it!
Do you use the tea towel method with this
I would Zoey myself 🙂
Would marinating overnight be worthwhile?
You could do 🙂
I served this with creamy mash and a fresh garden salad……. A-MAZE-ING
The chicken just falls apart and the sauce has an incredible flavour
EVEN my fussy toddler who doesn’t eat ANYTHING other than 2 minute noodles and baked beans and sausages ATE IT ALL
I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!
I’ve just made this. I used the tea towel method. The picture looks like the chicken has a thick, sticky glaze of sauce coating it. My slow cooker is full of liquid! I used chicken thigh fillets. Have I done something wrong? Smells great though.
The photo looks like chicken drummies???? Although if it’s thighs it looks like they were cut into bite sized pieces before cooking
You could use either Craig 🙂
I only have ketchup manis. Could I use this and should I use the tea towel method?
Yes you could it would be extra sticky and yummy – you can use the tea towel trick also
Great recipe that the whole family loved. I used ketchup manis instead of the soy sauce and in the last 10 minutes I added some snow peas. Will definitely make this again. Huge winner
Omg so good ,didn’t even have time to put sesame seeds on chicken just fell apart ,did it with mash & salad ,as just me tonight so had extra for tomorrow night …yummmm
