Feijoa Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 x 220grm blocks of white chocolate or more depending on how juicey your feijoa's are think i put an extra cup or so in.
- 2 feijoa's mashed
- 1 can condensed milk
- 250grm of feijoa and cream lollies chopped
Instructions
- Put chocolate, Feijoa Pulp and Juice, and condensed milk into SC on High NO LID for hour or so stiring every 10- 15 minutes until melted and smooth
- Once cooled abit add the chopped feijoa lollies and mix in
- Pour into lined tin and freeze for 2+ hours then cut and enjoy
- I topped with feijoa lollies too
- this turned out so yum very tasty 🙂
