6 medium to large Feijoas
1 tsp Bicarbonate Soda
2 Tbsp Boiling Milk
1 tsp Baking Powder
1Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, mashed Feijoa, then bicarbonate soda dissolved in boiling milk. Lastly add flour and baking powder previously mixed.
3I used a loaf tin in my 6.5ltr cooker that I greased with butter. I popped it in the insert and placed a doubled over tea towel under the lid.
42 hrs on high (will vary depending on slow cooker)
