  • 175g Butter
  • 175g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 medium to large Feijoas
  • 1 tsp Bicarbonate Soda
  • 2 Tbsp Boiling Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 225g Flour


  • Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, mashed Feijoa, then bicarbonate soda dissolved in boiling milk. Lastly add flour and baking powder previously mixed.
  • I used a loaf tin in my 6.5ltr cooker that I greased with butter. I popped it in the insert and placed a doubled over tea towel under the lid.
  • 2 hrs on high (will vary depending on slow cooker)
