Feijoa Cake

Ingredients
- 175g Butter
- 175g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 6 medium to large Feijoas
- 1 tsp Bicarbonate Soda
- 2 Tbsp Boiling Milk
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 225g Flour
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, mashed Feijoa, then bicarbonate soda dissolved in boiling milk. Lastly add flour and baking powder previously mixed.
- I used a loaf tin in my 6.5ltr cooker that I greased with butter. I popped it in the insert and placed a doubled over tea towel under the lid.
- 2 hrs on high (will vary depending on slow cooker)
