4 bacon rashes
2 sheets puff pastry
hand full grated tasty cheese
dusting of Parmesan cheese
pepper and salt to tast
1spray and line your slow cooker with baking paper
2place a sheet of puff pastry on the bottom of the cooker
3cut and layer tomato over bottom sheet of pastry pepper sprinkle with salt and pepper
4layer bacon over tomato
5crack 6 eggs spread out over the bacon
6whisk 2 eggs and poor over the top to fill in gaps
7place the top layer of pastry over the filling pressing down so it roughly joins the bottom sheet of pastry (don't need to be overly fussy)
8place the lid on with a tea towel under the lid
9put on high for approx 3 hours ( each slow cooker is different so settings and times may vary)
