  • 8 eggs.
  • 4 bacon rashes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • hand full grated tasty cheese
  • dusting of Parmesan cheese
  • pepper and salt to tast


  • spray and line your slow cooker with baking paper
  • place a sheet of puff pastry on the bottom of the cooker
  • cut and layer tomato over bottom sheet of pastry pepper sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • layer bacon over tomato
  • crack 6 eggs spread out over the bacon
  • whisk 2 eggs and poor over the top to fill in gaps
  • place the top layer of pastry over the filling pressing down so it roughly joins the bottom sheet of pastry (don't need to be overly fussy)
  • place the lid on with a tea towel under the lid
  • put on high for approx 3 hours ( each slow cooker is different so settings and times may vary)
