Easy St Patrick’s Day Cornbeef and Cabbage
Ingredients
- 2 Cans Cornbeef
- 1 Cabbage
- 1 !arge Onion
- 9 Potatoes
- 32 oz Chicken broth
- 2 Cups Water
- Spring Onions
Instructions
- Peel and Cut Potatoes in Big Chunks
- Dice Onion
- Thinly cut Cabbage
- Add the Cans of Cornbeef
- Finish with the Chicken Broth and Water
- All in at same time.
- Cook for 4 to 5 Hours High
- Garnish with Spring Onions
- Easy and Very Good.
