1 bunch of celery, roughly chopped
1/2 Jap pumpkin, roughly chopped
1 medium Sweet Potato, roughly chopped
2 Large Red Potatoes, roughly chopped
1 bunch Shallots, roughly chopped
1 Large onion, sliced
1 Litre Vegeta
To add before blending:
3 tsp Cumin Powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
1 1/2 small avocadoes per litre
1Add the first lot of ingredients into the slow cooker & turn it on.
2Cook for 7 hours - 2 hours high, 5 hours low
4When time is up add in the spices, stir
6Scoop mix into blender (or however you process it) & add the avocado (I blended in 1 litre lots)
