Easy peasy lamb chops

Ingredients
 

  • 6 lamb chops
  • French onion soup mix (2 packets)
  • Garlic powder
  • Season all
  • Tomato sauce
  • Soya sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Put lamb chops in slow cooker, sprinkle with garlic powder and season all
  • Mix 2 packets of soup mix add tomato sauce (as much as desired) splash on soya sauce and Worcestershire sauce
  • Add 2-4 cups of boiling hot water
  • Pour on chops
  • Place on high for 2 1/2 hours
  • Serve with salad or vegetables

  2. I made this tonight and my boys devoured it, asking for seconds. I scooped out some of the liquid at the end and mixed with some cornflour to make a gravy.. delicious! I’ll definitely make this again. I served it with mash and veg.

  4. So yum! Must admit, I was a little concerned about two packets of French onion soup being too much. But decided to trust the recipe and put two packets in. So glad I did, not over powering at all. The flavours are beautiful and work perfectly together. Will make again soon .
