Easy peach dessert
SUPER EASY Fruity pudding topped with walnuts
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 825g tinned peaches
- 1 packet vanilla cake mix
- 150g chopped butter
- 1/2 cup walnuts
Instructions
- 1. Place peaches including the juice on the bottom of the slow cooker.
- 2. Top peaches with the cake mix.
- 3. Add the chopped butter and walnuts to the top of the cake mix.
- 4. Put the lid on and cook on high for four hours or low for eight.
- No mixing or any other ingredients required. Different fruits can be used as long as it has liquid. Other cake flavours can also be used.

I made this with tinned apple in juice. Didn’t use walnuts and sprinkled 2 teaspoons of raw sugar on top before cooking. The result….. delish !!!!
A big hit all round and super easy.
Maybe took a little longer that the 4 hours on high though, but we’ll worth the wait !
Do you make up the cake mix and add or just sprinkle cake mix on top straight out of packet?
