Easy cheesy mustard chicken
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1 kilo of diced chicken
- 1 small diced onion
- 1 small carton of cream
- 4 heaped dessert spoons cheddar cheese spread
- 4 heaped dessert spoons of whole grain mustard
- 2 teaspoons of garlic
- 1 chicken stock cube crumbled
- 3 heaped dessert spoons of Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker except Parmesan
- Cook on high for 2 hrs
- Remove lid stir through Parmesan and cook for a further 15 mins

We used 1.2kg chicken thigh fillets chopped & made sure the cream was cooking cream.
Thickened with cornflour slurry at the end and served on rice ?
Forgot to add the Parmesan but still loved it!
When your man stands at the slow cooker, spooning it directly into his mouth as fast as he can while I was trying to dish up the plates ? you know it’s passed muster!!!
