3 x 220g bars of white chocolate (Cadbury Dream)

60g butter

1 Tbl of Vanilla Essence

1 tin of Nestle Top 'n' fill Caramel


1Turn the SC onto low

2Add butter and vanilla essence to the slow cooker

3Add in one block of chocolate, stir, add the second block

4Of chocolate (I break it into squares or alternately you can use melts)

5Add the tin of Top 'n' fill, stir through

6Add the remaining block of chocolate

7Stir every 10 minutes till smooth and creamy

8After 40 minutes mine was thick and creamy

9Pore into a lined tin, set in the fridge overnight

All fudge is always lid off – or a drip of water from a lid can cause it to seize 🙂

When making this, is it better to leave the lid on or off

Jade its the small cans of condensed milk 🙂 comes in caramel flavours too.

It’s a ready made caramel in a tin. Or you can just slow cook your own using our recipe for condensed milk caramel 🙂
