Easy Beef Stroganoff
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 80ogms chuck steak
- 1 large onion
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 packet french onion soup
- 1 small tin tomato past
- Plain four
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
Instructions
- Cut chuck steak into cubes and roll in plain flour
- Slice onion and mushrooms
- Add all ingredients except sour cream to the slow cooker
- Cook for 8hrs on low
- At the end mix sour cream through

Put it on in the morning and went to work for the day, came back to the top of all the meat being burnt from the lack of liquid. Wasn’t a great taste either. Won’t be making this one again unfortunately
This was nice however not alot of sauce/gravy at end of cooking time. Used diced beef & put on before leaving for work 8h on low juat added steamed rice. Dinner done!
