80ogms chuck steak

1 large onion

2 cups sliced mushrooms

1 packet french onion soup

1 small tin tomato past

Plain four

2 tablespoons sour cream


1Cut chuck steak into cubes and roll in plain flour

2Slice onion and mushrooms

3Add all ingredients except sour cream to the slow cooker

4Cook for 8hrs on low

5At the end mix sour cream through

This was nice however not alot of sauce/gravy at end of cooking time. Used diced beef & put on before leaving for work 8h on low juat added steamed rice. Dinner done!

Put it on in the morning and went to work for the day, came back to the top of all the meat being burnt from the lack of liquid. Wasn’t a great taste either. Won’t be making this one again unfortunately
