  • 2 large hot dog buns
  • 2 Saveloys
  • Tomatoe sauce or bbq sauce
  • 2 thick sticks of cheese
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • 6 slices of salami


  • Cut hot dog bun down the middle, but not right through. Add Saveloy and slice down middle. Add a good stick of cheese into Saveloy. Add your sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese, add salami. You can add what ever extra you like, eg bacon, onions, mustard, chilli sauce.
  • Place in slow cooker and cook 1 hr high, or until cheese has melted
