Devilled Sausages

This has been my husbands favourite for many years which I have adjusted slightly for the slow cooker. The end dish has a sweet and tangy flavour to it and goes great with your favourite mash!

Made this for dinner tonight. I used pork chipolatas on special at Coles this week – two for $12. I used an extra can of diced tomatoes being there was so many sausages. Thickened the some of the liquid with a corn flour slurry then cooked it down on the stove for a minute or two as my slow cooker bowl can go on the stove. Made heaps! Will make again for sure!
