A lovely cauliflower in a creamy sauce but with a hint of curry too!
Delicious as a side dish to your next main 😊 Mild enough for the whole family to enjoy

Ingredients

500g bag of frozen cauliflower florets

Β½ onion diced

300ml cooking cream

1 and ΒΌ tsp curry powder (I use Keens brand)

ΒΌ tsp garlic powder

Β½ tsp turmeric

Salt and pepper

Directions

1Add cauliflower and onion to slow cooker

2Combine all other ingredients and pour over

3Cook on low for 2.5hrs

Loved this so much! A perfect side dish. Or add any protein and you have a meal! I added some grated cheese at the end with the tea towel trick. 5 ⭐️! Thank you!
