Ingredients
 

  • 4 shallots
  • 1 onion
  • 4 sausages
  • 5 teaspoons curry powder
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 2 cups frozen winter vegetables
  • 600 ml water
  • Flour to thicken

Instructions
 

  • Cut sausages, shallots and onion put into the slow cooker.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients except the flour.
  • Just before cooking finishes mix enough flour to thicken it up
