
Curried Sausages

- 1.5L
Ingredients
- 4 shallots
- 1 onion
- 4 sausages
- 5 teaspoons curry powder
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 2 cups frozen winter vegetables
- 600 ml water
- Flour to thicken
Instructions
- Cut sausages, shallots and onion put into the slow cooker.
- Add the rest of the ingredients except the flour.
- Just before cooking finishes mix enough flour to thicken it up
