Creamy Sweet Chilli Garlic Chicken and Capsicum Pasta 4 0 5 2

  • Yields: 4 big serves


500gm chicken breast diced

2 cloves crushed garlic.

1 red capsicum sliced

300ml cooking cream

1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce

1 diced onion.

1/2 cup parmesan cheese


1Combine all ingredients (except cream and cheese) in slow cooker on high for 2 hours.

2Mix through cream and cheese. And cook for a further hour..

3Mix through half a bag of cooked penne pasta

Was delish just thinking of a few different things I could do next time my kids thought too spicy.

I enjoyed it but I will leave out onion for just touch of onion powder me n onion don’t agree anymore.
