Creamy Sundried Tomato Chicken
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1kg chicken thighs
- Approx 250g mushrooms, chopped in chunks
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 2 green garlic, finely chopped (2-3 cloves garlic, crushed)
- 150g sundried tomatoes
- 250g lactose free cream cheese (Liddells)
- Approx 1tblspn fresh basil
- Approx 1tblspn fresh oregano
- Fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken in slow cooker bowl and add all other ingredients.
- Cook on low 4-6hrs depending on your slow cooker.

This was so good. Next time we will have it on mash potato instead of rice. We just used philli block of cream cheese. So much flavour.
