Creamy French Onion Ranch Chicken

Ingredients
 

  • 1.2kg Chicken Thigh Fillets - Sliced
  • 2 Med Onions - Peeled and diced chunky
  • 2 Garlic Cloves- Crushed
  • 400g Mushrooms - Sliced
  • 1 Bottle Ranch Salad Dressing
  • 1 Tub Cooking Cream
  • 1 Package French Onion Soup
  • 1/3 Cup Plain Flour
  • Salt n Pepper
  • lots of fresh cracked black pepper please 🙂
  • Parsley to serve (optional)

Instructions
 

  • 1. Place flour and soup mix in large bag
  • 2. Fry off the onion, mushrooms and garlic in large pan until tender and remove. (skip this step if u don't want to sear)
  • 3. Add chicken to flour and soup mix and coat well.
  • 4. Pour chicken along with excess flour/soup mix into same pan you cooked onions in and lightly sear. (skip this step if u don't want to sear)
  • 5. Put everything into SC, season well and cook on LOW for 3hrs .
  • ** I put tea towel under lid as I like sauce thick**
  • If sauce is too thick for your liking add a little water.
  • Serve with Mash and Steamed Veggies and Corn.
  • all SC's are different as you know so cooking times may vary
  • NOTE: mix it up your way
  • * add bacon and baby spinach and serve on pasta*
  • * don't like mushrooms or onion or garlic then don't add them*
