Creamy chilli,lime,garlic chicken pasta
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1 kilo chicken thigh fillets cubed
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 tub of philly cream cheese,
- 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
- 4 cloves of garlic sliced
- 11/2 tbsps lime juice
- 1 red capiscum cut up roughly
- 1/4 leek sliced
- 150gms sliced mushrooms
- 1 red onion diced
- 1 cup of cream
- 1/2 bag of pasta which i precooked
Instructions
- Place everything into slow cooker except pasta and cream.
- Cook on low for 6 hours
- Half a hour before serving add cream then 10 minutes later add pasta
