EmailTweet 11 Full-screen Creamy Chicken Chicken, Pasta August 29, 2014 Creamy Chicken 0 0 5 0 Prep: 10 mins Cook: 4 hrs 10 mins 4 hrs 4 hrs 10 mins Yields: 6 adults Ingredients650grams of chicken breast diced (can use more if you want) 200 grams diced bacon 1 onion crushed garlic (to taste) 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup 600ml cream 1 chicken stock cube Corn kernels Mushrooms Cracked pepper Directions1Add diced chicken, onion, bacon, mushroom into slow cooker 2 3Pour over soup mix, stockcube crushed, and about 400mls of the cream 4 5Stir all together 6 7Cook on high for 4.5 hours or Low for 7 hours (I have left it on Low for 7 hours and turned out the same as when I did it on high) 8 9In the last half hour to hour of coking add in corn, pasta (any type you like) and the rest of the cream 10 11Mix all together and leave on for another hour 12 13I suggest tasting flavours half way to see if you need any extra stock cubes or pepper. 14 15Some recipes recommend browning chicken, onion and bacon prior to putting in Slow Cooker, I don't and it turns out perfect. I made this recipe, very nice but my tummy can’t take the cream, could I use yoghurt instead?
