Creamy Chicken
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 650grams of chicken breast diced (can use more if you want)
- 200 grams diced bacon
- 1 onion
- crushed garlic (to taste)
- 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup
- 600ml cream
- 1 chicken stock cube
- Corn kernels
- Mushrooms
- Cracked pepper
Instructions
- Add diced chicken, onion, bacon, mushroom into slow cooker
- Pour over soup mix, stockcube crushed, and about 400mls of the cream
- Stir all together
- Cook on high for 4.5 hours or Low for 7 hours (I have left it on Low for 7 hours and turned out the same as when I did it on high)
- In the last half hour to hour of coking add in corn, pasta (any type you like) and the rest of the cream
- Mix all together and leave on for another hour
- I suggest tasting flavours half way to see if you need any extra stock cubes or pepper.
- Some recipes recommend browning chicken, onion and bacon prior to putting in Slow Cooker, I don't and it turns out perfect.

I made this recipe, very nice but my tummy can’t take the cream, could I use yoghurt instead?
