Serving: 6

Total Time 4 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 650grams of chicken breast diced (can use more if you want)
  • 200 grams diced bacon
  • 1 onion
  • crushed garlic (to taste)
  • 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 600ml cream
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • Corn kernels
  • Mushrooms
  • Cracked pepper

Instructions

  • Add diced chicken, onion, bacon, mushroom into slow cooker
  • Pour over soup mix, stockcube crushed, and about 400mls of the cream
  • Stir all together
  • Cook on high for 4.5 hours or Low for 7 hours (I have left it on Low for 7 hours and turned out the same as when I did it on high)
  • In the last half hour to hour of coking add in corn, pasta (any type you like) and the rest of the cream
  • Mix all together and leave on for another hour
  • I suggest tasting flavours half way to see if you need any extra stock cubes or pepper.
  • Some recipes recommend browning chicken, onion and bacon prior to putting in Slow Cooker, I don't and it turns out perfect.
