Creamy chicken with sundried tomatoes and basil

  • 1.5kg chicken thighs
  • 3/4 cup semi sundried tomatoes
  • 2 tblspn oil that comes with tomatoes
  • 300ml cooking cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • Block of Philly cheese (cut into cubes)
  • 2 x french onion soup mix
  • 250gm button mushrooms
  • 6 x spring onion


  • Add all ingredients in slow cooker cook on med for 4hrs or low for 5hrs
  • Because of the cream and cheese you will need to stir intermittently to brake the cheese up.
  • It was divine.Next time I make this up I'm going to put it in a pie yummy 🙂
