Creamy chicken with sundried tomatoes and basil
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1.5kg chicken thighs
- 3/4 cup semi sundried tomatoes
- 2 tblspn oil that comes with tomatoes
- 300ml cooking cream
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- Block of Philly cheese (cut into cubes)
- 2 x french onion soup mix
- 250gm button mushrooms
- 6 x spring onion
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in slow cooker cook on med for 4hrs or low for 5hrs
- Because of the cream and cheese you will need to stir intermittently to brake the cheese up.
- It was divine.Next time I make this up I'm going to put it in a pie yummy 🙂
