Creamy Chicken Pesto Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Fillets
- 1 Block Philledephia cream cheese
- 2 small jars of Pesto
- 600ml Cream
- 500g Penne Pasta
Instructions
- Dice chicken fillets,
- Roughly chop cream cheese.
- Put chicken, pesto, and cream cheese in the slow cooker,
- Cook for 2-3 hrs on low,
- Put the cream in for the last 15-30 mins along with the precooked pasta.
- Wahla delicious 🙂

Can you cook the pasta in the slowcooker?
Pasta can be added to a recipe in the last 45mins but it absorbs a lot of liquid from the recipe so this needs to be accounted for when the recipe is created 🙂
Tried this tonight. No complaints from anyone. I probably would have put a tiny bit more chicken (I used 6 chicken thighs) and a little less pasta.
