Creamy Chicken, Crab and Bacon
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 500gms chicken breasts
- 500gms crab meat
- 4 bacon rashers
- 1 sweet pototo
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 carrot
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cup sliced leek
- 1/2 red capiscan
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1pk masterfoods creamy chicken and bacon recipe base
Instructions
- Cube chicken and brown.
- Cut bacon into 1 cm bits and brown.
- Cube sweet pototo,dice carrot,slice celery,slice leek,cut red capiscan into little bits.
- Add the above to slow cooker.
- Add recipe base to vegies and chicken and bacon..cook on low for 6 hours.
- An hour before serving add crab then half a hour before serving add cream 🙂
