Creamy Chicken, Chorizo & Bacon Spaghetti

8 Chicken Thighs, diced chunky

8 slices of Short Cut Bacon, diced

1 Chorizo Sausage, thinly sliced

1 onion, diced

1 capsicum, diced

8 Cup Mushrooms, halved

2 cloves of garlic, crushed

1 zucchini, chopped

1 cup of chopped broccoli

1 tin of Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup

1 packet of Philadelphia Cream Cheese

1/2 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese

1 packet of French Onion Soup mix


1Brown the onion, bacon,chicken in a fry pan or your SC insert if you have a Searing SC. Set aside

2Brown the chorizo, capsicum and mushrooms. Set aside.

3Into the SC add soup, cheeses, garlic and soup mix. Combine the sauce then mix in the browned ingredients plus the zucchini and broccoli. Lid on.

4On high for 1 1/2 hours of you use a Searing SC, 2 hours if its just a regular one. Then on to low and leave till you are ready to eat.

5Stir every hour to help the cheese melt well.

6Serve with spaghetti
