  1. Oh my goodness!!! This has just become a favourite! It is delicious! I was a bit dubious about the amount of cream cheese in the recipe but it was perfect. I added about 5 decent sized mushrooms diced, a few handfuls of baby spinach leaves & one large onion. I fried the onion until it was soft before adding to the rest of the ingredients.

Made this for the first time last month and still all I can say is WOW!!! Never, ever tried cannelloni, let alone prepared it from scratch before that night but OMG it completely knocked our socks off!! We all totally loved it ?? Thanks so much for sharing your delicious recipe with us Kelly Marree ? I also added a finely diced carrot, chopped spinach and Italian herbs to the mince mixture and used 1 bottle of passata sauce instead of 2 jars of pasta sauce (which I found was plenty saucy enough with the tin of diced tomatoes) Must add – my partner declines to try absolutely anything I make containing chicken mince but he LOVED this… so it is a definite winner ?

  3. Beautiful tasting dish that my whole family enjoyed.
This dish served 4 adults, 3 cannelloni each and we still had plenty left over
I added mushroom to my chicken mix and it was a huge hit.
I served mine with creamy mash and steamed veg.
Side note: the cannelloni shells are fiddly to stuff but worth it in the end

  4. Very YUM, will be making this again! ?. I added half a bag of baby spinach finely chopped, used 4 short cut bacon rashes finely chopped, mixed with the mince, garlic and used a tub of Philadelphia cooking cheese. Combined well and used an icing piping bag to fill the tubes. So easy lol. Used 700ml passatta in stead of the 2 jars of pasta sauce and 300ml cooking cream. Served with baked potatoes slowcooked in the baby with olive oil, garlic and parsley, and steamed broccolini. This recipe is really tasty and makes so much, I will be freezing some of the leftovers ?
