1 head cauliflour
500 ml vege stock
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp mustard
1-2 tbs cornflour
S/p to taste
250 gms cream cheese
Sprinkle of mozzarella
Chives to serve
1Add cauliflour pieces, stock and garlic and cook on low 2-3 hrs until softened.
2Remove cauliflour and set aside
3Thicken juices with cornflour
4Add cream cheese, mustard and sprinkle of cheese and whisk until combined
5Add cauliflour back in and spoon over sauce
6Cook on high for a further 10-20 mins and serve with chopped chives. Enjoy
