Creamy Cauliflower Cheese
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflour
- 500 ml vege stock
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1-2 tbs cornflour
- S/p to taste
- 250 gms cream cheese
- Sprinkle of mozzarella
- Chives to serve
Instructions
- Add cauliflour pieces, stock and garlic and cook on low 2-3 hrs until softened.
- Remove cauliflour and set aside
- Thicken juices with cornflour
- Add cream cheese, mustard and sprinkle of cheese and whisk until combined
- Add cauliflour back in and spoon over sauce
- Cook on high for a further 10-20 mins and serve with chopped chives. Enjoy

try it, you will enjoy if you like caulie n cheese.
An easy and tasty dish. I made it with a combination of Parmesan and Edam cheese instead of Mozzarella, as that is what I had. Definitely make again.
