1 cauliflower chopped
2 heads broccoli chopped
1 bunch silverbeet (spinach) chopped
7 cloves of garlic whole
4 unpeeled potatoes quartered
1 bunch fresh basil leaves
3 brown onions chopped
3 Massell Vegetable cubes
700 ml water
Cracked black pepper
Toasted slivered almonds (optional)
1Put everything in SC except nutmeg and almonds.
2Put SC on low for 6-7 hrs
3Pulse all ingredients together
4Serve in bowls topped with sprinkle of nutmeg and some toasted slivered almonds..
