3 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon of garlic powder

1 tablespoon of onion powder

2 handfuls of diced mushroom

1/4 cup white wine

1kg diced steak

1 onion

5 potatoes cubed

1 block of philly cheese

1 cup of peas and corn

2 tablespoons of curry powder


1Chop onion, mushroom, steak, garlic, potatoes, veg and Philly cheese put into the slow cooker.


3Now add the curry powder, onion powder and garlic powder to the slow cooker and stir well.


5Cook on low for 6hrs


7Add some cream just before serving (optional) and serve on rice or add a little extra cream and serve with pasta.

Note – ingredients donโ€™t mention cream!
I used cooking cream right at end (last 5 minutes)!
I actually used a blade roast and slow cooked for 9 hours! It then shredded perfectly!
I added diced carrot!
I didnโ€™t use wine, but some stock instead !
Really creamy and delicious!!
Thoroughly enjoyed it and all 4 kids and hubby liked it too ๐Ÿ™‚

I would include it at the start ๐Ÿ™‚ I’d probably use dry but you could us whichever your prefer to drink

When do you put in the veges? And there is no cream mentioned in the ingredients??
