4 (about 2kgs) lamb shanks
Salt and pepper for seasoning
1 x 275g jar of cranberry sauce
125mL (1/2 cup) red wine
2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
2 tablespoons rosemary leaves
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
11. Season lamb shanks with salt and pepper
22. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar
33. Place lamb shanks in the slow cooker and pour wet ingredients over the top, cook on low
44. Enjoy 6 hours later with your favourite vegies -make sure they only cook for 6 hours and do not become too mushy, yet still fall off the bone

This was delicious! The whole family loved it and had seconds.
Added some gravy powder and water to the remaining liquid after taking out shanks and it made the best gravy to serve it with.

I used strawberry jam and native australian quondonges instead of cranberry sauce delicious.

This was absolutely beautiful! My partner and 3 year old loved it too. We had it with roast veggies
