Clafoutis 0 0 5 0

Clafoutis is the french name given to a fruit pudding. This is one of my favourite desserts as it's simple, delicious and light. It goes perfectly with a dollop of cream or icecream.

  • Yields: 4 serves


820g Tinned fruit of choice, drained

100 melted butter

1/4 C sugar

1/2 C Self raising flour

2 eggs

1/2 C milk


1Mix all ingredients except fruit together in a bowl until combined. Place fruit in the bottom of slow cooker, then pour pudding mixture on top.

2I used a 3.5L cooker on high for around 2 hours with a tea - towel underneath. It's cooked when it's slightly coloured on top.
