Ingredients

  • 820g Tinned fruit of choice, drained
  • 100 melted butter
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1/2 C Self raising flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 C milk

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except fruit together in a bowl until combined. Place fruit in the bottom of slow cooker, then pour pudding mixture on top.
  • I used a 3.5L cooker on high for around 2 hours with a tea - towel underneath. It's cooked when it's slightly coloured on top.

  1. Simone…the tea towel is placed on top of your slow cooker with the lid on top of the tea towel to absorb any moisture/condensation that would drop into your .mixture & ruin it. I use it for all cakes/puddings etc! 🙂
