Chunky steak and pasta in gravy

  • 1,5 - 2 kg steak of beef or a roast
  • 2 packets brown gravy mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy
  • 2 1/2 cups water


  • Cut up steak in large chunks
  • Mix up gravy with the water and pour over steak
  • Near the end, add as much cooked pasta as you like and veggies if you prefer
  • Cooking time is 8 hours on low
  • Do not worry if gravy is thin its meant to be that way but you may thicken if you like
