Chunky steak and pasta in gravy
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1,5 - 2 kg steak of beef or a roast
- 2 packets brown gravy mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy
- 2 1/2 cups water
Instructions
- Cut up steak in large chunks
- Mix up gravy with the water and pour over steak
- Near the end, add as much cooked pasta as you like and veggies if you prefer
- Cooking time is 8 hours on low
- Do not worry if gravy is thin its meant to be that way but you may thicken if you like
